Depending on which municipality the property is located in and zoning designation, there are regulations on how much of the land can be covered by foundation and on how close to any of the property lines that development can be. Setback staking at the very least require a Boundary Survey to establish where the boundaries are. The setback limitations of a property are determined and enforced by the city that said property is in, these can vary by the location and geography of the property. Once the location of the property's boundaries have been ascertained we at Kappa can certify whether or not any future or present construction is within the setback areas.
