Surveying is the precise reading and recording of the physical and legal properties of an area of land and the potential altering of said properties. Surveying requires highly accurate and precisely calibrated instruments, and the training to use these instruments. Surveying services include setting property corners,  staking building setbacks, construction staking, and the topography of the land or to perform a variety of changes to your property.

Property alterations range from a few services, usually with development in mind. The most common alteration is a Boundary Adjustment and then the more drastic changes would be either a Parcelization or a Lot Consolidation.
